You know that you have spirit guides and would love to connect with them, but do you feel it’s way too complicated? Well, it’s easier than you think. Here are 4 quick and easy to connect.
1. Automatic Writing
Not only is this quick and easy, it’s also fun! All you need is a pen and paper, or a blank word document on your computer.
Write or type whatever pops into your head. Don’t think about it, and don’t worry about spelling, grammar, or other mistakes. Just write.
Next, sit quietly for a few minutes and take a few deep breaths. Then put up a protection bubble around your aura. Once you’re ready, invite your spirit guides in, and ask them to speak to you through your writing.

2. Book Divination
Grab one of your favorite inspirational books, preferably something like the Bible or A Course in Miracles, although just about any meaningful volume will do.
Center yourself and ask your spirit guides to send you a message through the book. Then open it to a random page and let your gaze fall anywhere. The first phrase or words you see is the message you need to hear. If you prefer you can close your eyes, open the book, and then point to a random sentence.
Meditation is often the most recommended way to get in touch with your spirit guides. It can be any form of meditation: guided, nondirective, mantra—whatever. Anything that can quiet your mind will work. That way you can hear the subtle messages from your guides. They are always trying to get through; even when you think they’re not. Your noisy monkey mind just gets in the way!
This method only works for yes and no type questions, but it can be helpful for getting guidance from the spiritual realm. You don’t even need an official pendulum. A ring on a string works.
Simply calm your mind and ask your guides to speak to you through the pendulum. First ask them to show you a yes response, and then a no response, so you know how to interpret the pendulum’s movement. Then ask away!
