If irritability starts to kick in, or your health such as sleep habits is taking backseat, its time to get things back in check.

Don’t be afraid to do things that scare you or make you uncomfortable, for they will help you grow. Put yourself in an environment that you are passionate about. Surrounding yourself with other positive, determined people is also a way to promote success in your daily life.
