Decompress From The Daily Stresses
While everyone needs to decompress from the daily stresses that occur, whether positive or negative, we all need a way to calm ourselves down. Some find it through exercise, reading movies, others find it through going out for a drink or two with friends. Alcohol can be a nice way to take your mind off of life’s stress, but keep in mind that it can also be a depressant. Dealing with a hangover the night after you have some carefree fun is never going to be enjoyable, and as you can see, it is probably not the greatest method to seek when you would like to focus on your inner wisdom.
Write Things Down
Write things down Keep a pen and paper handy wherever you go, write down your dreams, make lots of lists, and utilize writing as much as you can. Make a list of times that you knew things were not right for you, this will help identify issues that get you off course from inner peace. By doing so, you recognize these issues and can alleviate them in the future. By expressing yourself on paper, you will be able to review your thoughts, and perhaps, you will recognize wisdom that you did not notice previously. Writing can be another great way to keep your slate clean and open to new thoughts and ideas. Living it in the moment gives you the chance to connect to your inner talent.
